Belgrade Waterfront Celebrates the Completion of The St. Regis Belgrade at Kula Belgrade
Belgrade Waterfront has officially completed construction of The St. Regis Belgrade, a luxury hotel located within Kula Belgrade, the tallest building in Serbia and the region. This milestone was celebrated with a grand event attended by Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić, Eagle Hills Chairman Mohamed Alabbar, and other dignitaries.
The hotel, which is set to open in October 2024, is the sixth St. Regis hotel in Europe and will offer exclusive services and amenities such as opulent suites, a wine bar, a swimming pool, spa, gym, and meeting rooms. This launch also marked the symbolic handover of keys to Marriott International, which will operate the hotel.
President Vučić highlighted the hotel’s importance, noting that it will create 200 new jobs and boost Serbia’s tourism potential ahead of EXPO 2027. He emphasized that Belgrade Waterfront is becoming a central hub for international visitors.
Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills, praised the development as a symbol of Serbia’s ambition and growing global presence, comparing the grandeur of Kula Belgrade to the iconic St. Regis brand.
The St. Regis Belgrade will occupy the first 11 floors of Kula Belgrade, further cementing Belgrade Waterfront’s status as a premier destination for both luxury living and high-end tourism. This project is a testament to the city’s transformation, making it a top choice for global travelers and investors alike.
